RATES

Economy
package: (When available) Tenant(s)
responsible for professional quality cleaning and painting. Paint
supplied. Concession of first month's rent. Rent $895 per month
for remainder of first year.
- Partially
renovated package: Rent $950 per month. Renovations were begun in earnest in 2004 to keep up with today's styles and we look forward to sharing our new image with you! Includes newly renovated
kitchen counter, pull-out style faucet with spray and soap dispenser
and new kitchen floor; Decora® outlets and switches; white 6 panel
textured interior doors with lever style handles; renovated paint job
with subtle earth tones and white trim.
- Fully
renovated unit: Rent $975 per month. Includes all renovations
above plus our bathroom package with ceramic tiled shower walls and floor, new
oak vanity and medicine cabinet and coordinated brushed nickel plumbing
and accessories.
TERMS
- All rental rates include heat and hot
water. Tenant provides electric, telephone and cable/internet.
- We offer a one year lease with the
option to rent on a month-to-month basis after the initial lease term.
- Security deposits range from $1,000 to
$1,790 and amounts are determined by the applicants' credit reputation.*
ELIGIBILITY

Annual income must meet or exceed 36
times the monthly rate per single applicant or a combined total annual
income of 36 times the monthly rate plus an additional $4,200 per
dependent.

No dogs are allowed whatsoever. Cats
are acceptable if fixed before 6 months of age. Most caged animals are
acceptable with the exception of dogs and dangerous/ boisterous animals.

A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed

TO REQUEST AN ESTIMATE OF DEPOSIT
& AVAILABILITY REPORT, CALL OR EMAIL:
- Total number of occupants -include the
number, age and gender of children;
- Total number and type of pets;
- Desired move-in dates- from earliest
to latest;
- Annual income per single applicant or
combined total for families;
- Indicate whether any applicant has had
an arrest, eviction, bankruptcy, foreclosure, repossession or payments
overdue beyond 90 days;
- Note which type(s) of unit would you
prefer: economy, partially or fully renovated;
- Lastly, please indicate how you'd like
us to contact you.
* Applicants aged 62 or older are
eligible for a maximum security deposit totaling the equivalent of one
month's rent according to Connecticut General Statutes Chapter 831,
Section 47a-21.
