As a matter of exchange, we are pleased to offer the following incentive programs to our tenants to help us achieve our goals. The programs currently in place are:

RENTAL COMMISSIONS: In consideration of the fact that tenant referrals generally bring in better quality prospects than most other advertising media, we offer a rental commission of $400 to any tenant who refers a prospect who qualifies and rents with us for 4 continuous months. To qualify the prospect must submit a note in writing with the referring tenant's name and unit number.

PROMPT PAYMENT PROGRAM: We hold a monthly drawing to reward our tenants who pay their rent on the first of the month. Winners, selected at random, are announced (anonymously by apartment) in our monthly bulletin. Two complete kitchen renovation packages are awarded per month which include: new vinyl compressed tile floor, renovated countertops and pull-out spray faucet with soap dispenser.
